1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced |
1 onion, sliced |
1 zucchini, sliced |
1/2 lb snow peas, trimmed |
1/2 lb mushroom, sliced |
4 ounces water chestnuts, drained and sliced |
1 tablespoon sesame seeds |
2/3 cup sweet and sour sauce |
3 cups cooked rice |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in wok; add beef and stir fry until browned 3-4 minutes. 2. Move beef to side of wok and add vegetables. 3. Stir fry until crisp tender, about 5 minutes. 4. Add sesame seeds and sauce, stir to combine. 5. Serve over rice. |
