Great tasting treat that is easy to make in the wok. Ingredients:
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup margarine (not spread or tub product) or 1/2 cup butter (not spread or tub product) |
7 large marshmallows |
2 quarts popped popcorn |
Directions:
1. In an electric wok on medium, melt together the sugar, butter and marshmallows. 2. When marshmallows have melted, unplug the wok and stir in the popcorn. 3. Stir until well coated. 4. Cool, and eat. |
