Apple cider with vanilla ice cream...who can resist? Don't want the calories, then make with frozen yogurt. Ingredients:
2 cups apple cider |
1 1/2-2 cups vanilla ice cream |
2 tablespoons honey |
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Process all ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with additional nutmeg. 2. Serve immediately. |
