Ingredients:
1 granny smith apple
1/2 cup shredded carrot
2 tablespoons raisins
1 tablespoon chopped toasted walnuts
1/2 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
salad greens
Directions:
1. Cut apple into cubes; toss with shredded carrot, raisins and walnuts. Whisk yogurt, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Toss yogurt and apple mixtures. Serve on greens.
