Ingredients:
1 granny smith apple |
1/2 cup shredded carrot |
2 tablespoons raisins |
1 tablespoon chopped toasted walnuts |
1/2 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt |
1 teaspoon honey |
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
salad greens |
Directions:
1. Cut apple into cubes; toss with shredded carrot, raisins and walnuts. Whisk yogurt, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Toss yogurt and apple mixtures. Serve on greens. |
