Ingredients:
2 tablespoons raspberry or red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon salt
8 cups mixed salad greens
1 cup grapefruit sections (about 1 large grapefruit)
1 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
Directions:
1. Combine first 9 ingredients in a small bowl. Combine salad greens, grapefruit, onion, and walnuts in a large bowl. Drizzle with vinegar mixture, tossing to coat.
