A WARM smoothie? You'll be an instant beleiver- when I want a smoothie but don't want to get chilled, this is the one I make. Be sure your fruit is nice and ripe. Taste incroyable. Ingredients:
1 mango, peeled and sliced off the stone |
1 medium banana |
1/3 cup apple juice (or try other juices) |
Directions:
1. Combine the mango, banana and juice in a small pot. Bring to a simmer over medium for a few minutes, till it's bubbly and well heated through. 2. Transfer to a food processor and blend until it's still just slightly chunky. 3. Pour into a big mug and ENJOY your trip to Jamaica! |
