1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil |
1 -2 lemon, juice of |
sea salt |
cracked pepper |
1/2 lb spinach or 1/2 lb butter lettuce |
1/2 cup crumbled feta |
Directions:
1. Wash and toss the greens into a bowl. Squeeze the lemons directly over them, add the oil, salt and pepper. Toss the salad to mix. 2. Sprinkle the feta on top. |
