a blend of apple and cranberry that reminds me of strawberry jam
Ingredients:
3 cups cranberries (fresh or frozen)
1 1/2 cups apples - peeled and diced
11/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups crushed pineapple (drained)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 1/2 cups sugar
Directions:
1. Cook cranberries and apples in water until clear and tender.
2. Press through sieve and remove cranberry skins.
3. Should have 3 cups of pulp.
4. Add pineapple, lemon juice and sugar.
5. Mix and boil 6-8 minutes (until thick and clear).
6. Pour into sterilized jars and process or seal with parafin.
