Winter Fruit with Honey-Yogurt Sauce |

For a superquick dessert or a satisfying snack, stir up a simple yogurt sauce to spoon over fruit. Ingredients:
2/3 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 cup chopped pear |
1 cup chopped red apple |
1 cup seedless green grape halves |
ground nutmeg (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine yogurt and honey in a small bowl; stir with a whisk. 2. Combine pear and next 2 ingredients in a large bowl. Spoon fruit evenly into dessert dishes. Spoon yogurt sauce evenly over fruit. Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg, if desired. |
