I love a fruit crumble & will quite often have them for brekky with yoghurt. I love the sound of this one as it's got Kiwi in it. Ingredients:
4 kiwi fruits, peeled & cut into chunks |
2 pears, cored & cut into chunks |
2 bananas, sliced |
1 apple, cored & cut into chunks |
1/2 cup dried apricot |
1 passion fruit, pulp of |
1/2 cup rolled oats |
1/2 cup oat bran |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
2 tablespoons margarine, melted |
Directions:
1. Combine fruit & spoon into a casserole dish. 2. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over fruit. 3. Bake in a moderate oven (180.C) for 20-25 mins or until fruit is tender & topping is crisp. |
