Rich and buttery. So good! Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, softened |
2/3 cup sugar |
1 egg |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
1 cup all-purpose flour, and |
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1 (3 1/2 ounce) jar macadamia nuts, chopped |
1 cup vanilla chip |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F. 2. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. 3. Beat in the egg and vanilla. 4. Combine flour and baking soda; gradually add to creamed mixture. 5. Stir in nuts and vanilla chips. 6. Drop by heaping tablespoons 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. 7. Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. 8. Cool for 1 minute before removing to wire racks. |
