Ingredients:
2 sticks butter |
1 cup minced bell pepper |
1 cup minced onion |
3 cloves garlic minced |
1 bottle hot sauce (recommended: frank's) |
2 tablespoons mustard |
2 cups ketchup |
3/4 cup brown sugar |
salt and freshly ground black pepper |
3/4 cup worcestershire sauce |
1/2 cup vinegar |
1/8 cup dark molasses |
chili powder |
ground allspice |
crushed red pepper flakes |
28 ounces tomato sauce |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1 bottle light beer (recommended: labatts blue light) |

paprika |
roasted garlic powder |
basil |
black pepper |
white pepper |
cayenne |
celtic sea salt |
brown sugar |
36 to 48 chicken wings |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. For the sauce: 3. In a medium saucepan, over medium heat add the butter and let it melt. Add all the vegetables, including the garlic, and saute until tender.
