I found this recipe in Kraft Foods magazine. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping. Ingredients:
1/2 cup a-1 steak sauce |
1/2 cup maple syrup |
20 ounces pineapple chunks, drained |
sliced carrot |
chopped green pepper |
12 chicken wings (3 per person) |
minute rice |
Directions:
1. Mix A-1 sauce and maple syrup, set aside. 2. Place a handful of pineapple chunks per person, carrots, green peppers on a foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Top with chicken wings, tips removed. 3. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes. Remove pan from oven and pour A-1 sauce mixture over chicken and vegetables. Bake an additional 10 minutes. Serve with prepared Minute rice. |
