Wine Steamed Fingerling Potatoes

These are awesome. I made them for the first time about a month ago and have made them twice since then. We love them and will be making them for years to come. Enjoy
Ingredients:
1 cup white wine
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 pound fingerling potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Bring wine and broth to a boil in the bottom of a steamer.
2. Place potatoes in one layer in the top of the steamer and cover and cook for 14 minutes.
3. Remove potatoes and sprinkle with oil and tarragon.
4. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
