Custard Ingredients:
4 egg yolks(farm fresh) |
1 whole egg(farm fresh) |
1/3 cup sugar |
1/3 cup nice italian wine(marsala) |
dash of salt |
Directions:
1. Beat egg yolks,whole egg at high speed until thick and lemon in color. 2. Beat in wine and salt,at low speed. 3. Pour into double boiler. 4. Cook ,stirring constantly until slightly thickened,about 6 to 8 minutes. 5. Remove from heat and serve immediately. 6. Very nice in crystal stemware. |
