Quick and easy to make with ingredients you almost always have on hand. A wonderful end to a warm summer meal. Ingredients:
2 cups riesling wine or 2 cups fruity white wine |
1/2 cup water |
4 medium eggs |
1/2 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a double boiler and set over (but not touching) boiling water. 2. Cook, beating mixture constantly and vigorously with a wire whisk, until custard thickens, about 10 minutes. 3. Refrigerate and serve cool. 4. Enjoy! |
