A simple, yet elegant way to complete any meal, or to snack on! Ingredients:
1 (18 1/4 ounce) package yellow cake mix |
1 (5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding |
1/3 cup water |
3/4 cup vegetable oil |
4 eggs |
3/4 cup sherry wine (or any type of rum) |
confectioners' sugar, for dusting |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Grease and flour a 10 inch bundt pan. 3. In a large bowl, stir cake mix and pudding mix. 4. Make a well in the center and pour in oil, water, eggs, and sheery (or rum). 5. Beat on low speed until blended, then scrape bowl and beat 4 minutes medium speed. 6. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes, or unitl a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. 7. Let cool for 15 minutes, then turn out onto a serving plate and cool completely. 8. Dust top with powdered sugar. Enjoy! |
