WINE BASTED RED POTATOES This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Witherspoon Estate in Denton, Texas in 1988. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil |
3 pounds small red potatoes quartered |
5 cloves garlic sliced |
1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 cup white wine |
Directions:
1. In skillet cook first five ingredients in hot oil over medium heat stirring 5 minutes. Add wine then cover and reduce heat to low and cook 15 minutes. |
