I got this off of once-a-month- . If you like rosemary, you will like this recipe. Ingredients:
2/3 cup white wine |
1 teaspoon tarragon |
1/4 teaspoon rosemary |
1/4 teaspoon thyme |
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
1 tablespoon garlic, minced |
2 1/2-3 lbs chicken |
Directions:
1. Directions for cooking day: 2. combine all ingredients. 3. put chicken pieces in a freezer bag. 4. pour marinade over the pieces. 5. put in freezer. 6. directions for serving day: 7. completely thaw chicken and marinade. 8. cook on grill or bake in oven until done 9. throw away marinade. |
