These cookies are frosted with the filling for a cheese cake. Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) package windmill almond cookies |
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese (at room temp.) |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except the cookies, in a medum bowl. 2. Mix until smooth. 3. Frost each cookie with a thin layer. |
