This is absolutely delicious. It makes just enough to fill between the layers of a 3 layer cake or fill 24 cupcakes with about a tablespoon of filling each. It's quick, easy and adds something extra special to banana, pumpkin, cinnamon, spice, yellow and several other cakes and cupcakes. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar |
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/4 cup milk |
Directions:
1. In large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, cinnamon and milk. Beat with mixer until well blended. Fill cupcakes or cake. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
