Wilted Swiss Chard with Garlic and Soy Nuts (Robin Miller)

Ingredients:
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
8 cups chopped fresh swiss chard
salt and ground black pepper
1/4 cup roasted soy nuts
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Add Swiss chard and cook 3 to 5 minutes, until wilted. Season with salt and black pepper.
2. Remove from heat and garnish with soy nuts.
