Ingredients:
6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped |
2 t bacon drippings |
2 t flour |
1 small onion, minced |
1 c water |
1/2 t dry mustard |
2 t red wine vinegar |
16 oz fresh spinach |
to taste salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Melt drippings, stir in flour and onion. Gradually stir in water, mustard, and vinegar. Cook over low heat stirring constantly. Add bacon and pour hot dressing over spinach. Toss. |
