Ingredients:
2 pounds fresh spinach, washed and trimmed |
1/4 cup white wine vinaigrette |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon hot sauce |
Directions:
1. Heat a large stainless steel bowl in a 450° oven for 10 minutes or until very hot. Remove bowl from oven. Combine all ingredients in bowl, tossing to coat. Return bowl to oven, and cook 5 minutes or until spinach wilts. (Do not overcook.) |
