Ingredients:
3 -4 scallions, chopped
4 -6 slices bacon, fried
1/4 cup vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 cup bacon drippings
1/2-1 teaspoon salt
black pepper, coarsely ground
4 -6 cups salad greens
Directions:
1. Saute scallions in bacon drippings. Add vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir mixture until it is clear. Pour hot dressing on greens. Crumble bacon over top. Toss well.
