Ingredients:
1 tablespoon margarine |
8 cups thinly sliced iceberg lettuce |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
2 cups fresh green peas |
Directions:
1. Melt margarine in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add lettuce, and cook 3 minutes or until lettuce wilts, stirring frequently. 2. Stir in sugar and remaining ingredients, and cook 2 minutes. Serve immediately. |
