Wilted Greens With Garlic |

Greens! I love 'em! Ingredients:
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil or bacon drippings |
1-4 cloves garlic, finely chopped |
1 pound spinach, swiss chard, bok choi, collard greens, mustard greens or beet greens, washed, stems sliced, leaves torn |
salt & freshly ground pepper to taste |
sesame seeds |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and stir until golden. Add greens in batches, if necessary, and toss until just wilted, 2 to 4 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and sesame seeds. Serve warm |
