Wild Salmon With Broccoli and Creme Fraiche |

A beautiful warm salmon salad Ingredients:
4 wild salmon fillets |
20 baby potatoes |
5 tablespoons creme fraiche |
1/2 cup white wine |
1 head broccoli, cut into florets |
2 teaspoons garlic |
black pepper |
Directions:
1. Place salmon in a baking dish with garlic and white wine and season with black pepper. Cover with foil and bake in a medium oven for 20 minutes or until cooked. 2. Steam the potatoes and the brocolli. 3. Take the salmon out of the baking dish and cut roughly into 2 inch cubes. Stir together the salmon with the potatoes and brocolli in a large bowl, with the creme fraiche and serve immediately in pasta bowls. |
