I got this recipe years ago from a weight watcher leader Ingredients:
1 medium onion, diced |
2 carrots, peeled and diced |
2 stalks celery, diced |
1/2 cup brummel and brown spread |
1/2 cup flour |
2 cups fat-free evaporated milk |
4 cups chicken stock |
2 cups cooked wild rice |
2 cups cooked chicken |
Directions:
1. Saute onion, celery and carrots in Brummel and Brown. 2. Reduce heat add flour. 3. Gradually add other ingredients and simmer until vegetables are tender about 1/2 hour. |
