Wild Rice Salad

A household favorite-I like to serve croissants and melon with it. Recipe calls for chilling but just as tasty warm!
Ingredients:
1 c uncooked wild rice
seasoned salt, optional
2c diced cooked chicken
1 1/2 c halved red grapes
1c water chestnuts, drained
3/4 c light mayonnaise
1c cashews
Directions:
1. Cooke rice according to package directions, omitting salt or substitutine seasoned salt if desired
2. Drain well; cool to room temperature
3. Spoon into a large bowl; add chickengrapes, water chestnuts and mayonnaise
4. Toss gently with a fork
5. Cover and Chill
6. Just before serving toss in cashews
7. Prep time is increased and varies by the chill time- Please be aware of this
