                    This is really very tasty and I have even made this with brown rice too Differently delcious Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                2 cups half & half  |  
                                                4 eggs  |  
                                                1/4 cup sugar  |  
                                                1 teaspoon ground cinnamon  |  
                                                1/8 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                1 teaspoon vanilla extract  |  
                                                1 1/2 cups well-cooked wild rice  |  
                                                1/2 cup golden raisins  |  
                                                1/2 cup chopped almonds  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Prep time does not include cooking of the wild rice. 2. Preheat oven to 325 F. 3. In a small saucepan, scald half & half; set aside. 4. Beat eggs and sugar ntil frothy. 5. Stir in cinnamon, salt, vanilla, wild rice, raisins and alonds. 6. Gradually stir in half & half. 7. Divide mixture evenly between six 6-ounce custard cups. 8. Place in large mtal baking pan; fill with hot water to within 1-inch of top of custard ups. 9. Bake 25-30 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out 10. clean. 11. Remove custard cups from pan. 12. Serve warm or cold with whipped cream.                              |
