Wild Rice Pilaf Salad

A festive and healthy salad, to be served chilled or at room temperature.
Ingredients:
2 cups wild rice, cooked
1 cup macaroni, orzo, cooked
1 cup corn
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup red pepper, chopped
1 cup tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup onions, red
1/4 cup parsley, fresh, minced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
6 tablespoons olive oil
2 ounces lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
Directions:
1. Use orzo pasta cooked according to package directions, to yield 1 cup.
2. Use fresh corn kernals, cut from cooled steamed ears, to yield 1 cup
3. Cook the wild rice until just tender to yield 2 cups
4. Chop the vegetables small and combine with the warm rice and pasta.
5. Combine the oil, lime juice and spices in a jar and shake until combined.
6. Toss dressing with the warm salad.
7. Chill and serve
