Ingredients:
1 cup wild rice
1/2 cup white rice, like carolina
2 cups red and/or green seedless grapes, halved
2/3cup toasted chopped pecans, like diamond
1tbs chopped fresh thyme
1tbs olive oil, like bertolli
1/2tsp salt
1/4 black pepper
Directions:
1. In saucepot over high heat, bring 3 cups water to a boil. Add wild rice. reduce heat to low. Cover; let simmer 25 min. Stir in white rice.
2. Cover; cook 20 min. or until rice is tender and water is absorbed.
3. Add remaining ingredients; toss gently to coat.
