Ingredients:
1 cup brown and wild rice mix |
1 cup diced onion |
1/2 cup diced celery |
1/2 cup dried cranberries |
1 teaspoon chicken base (i like better than boulion) |
2 cups water |
1 teaspoon butter |
1 tablespoon dried cilantro |
2 cloves garlic, crushed |
Directions:
1. boil rice and water covered for 30 minutes. 2. add celery, onions, cranberries, butter, cilantro, garlic and chicken base. 3. boil covered 10 more minutes. 4. then uncover until moisture is absorbed. |
