This is easy to make and really tasty! Ingredients:
vegetable cooking spray (pam) |
1 (6-ounce) package long-grain and wild rice mix |
6 green onions, chopped |
8 medium mushrooms, sliced |
2 cups chicken broth |
1 (8-ounce) can water chestnuts, drained |
Directions:
1. Spray a medium skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. 2. Add rice; cook until lightly browned, stirring occasionally. 3. Stir in remaining ingredients, and spoon mixture into a 1 3/4-quart casserole. 4. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until rice is done. 5. Yield: 6 servings, about 134 calories per serving). |
