1 cup wild rice, soaked overnight |
10 ounces consomme |
4 tablespoons butter |
3/4 lb sliced mushrooms |
1 1/2 cups chopped celery |
1 bunch sliced green onion |
6 ounces sliced water chestnuts |
1/2 cup vermouth |
Directions:
1. Drain rice, combine with consomme. Simmer for 30 minutes. Melt butter and saute until limp. combine with rice, add vermouth and bake in oven for 40 minutes at 350°F. |
