Simple and healthy side dish. Ingredients:
4 cups wild rice, cooked |
2 cups fresh sliced mushrooms |
3 tablespoons butter |
2 cups grated cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Saute mushrooms in butter until slightly soft. 2. Toss in wild rice and cheese. 3. Spoon into buttered 2-quart casserole dish. 4. Cover and bake at 325 for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes. |
