Another fantastic recipe from Wild Oats. I plan on making this as a dip for veggies at Christmas time. Ingredients:
2 large roasted red peppers |
8 ounces plain low-fat yogurt |
1/3 cup feta, crumbled |
8 leaves fresh basil |
1 garlic clove |
1 teaspoon oregano |
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, wild oats organic |
1/2 teaspoon raw sugar |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth. 2. Adjust seasonings to taste. |
