Another fantastic recipe from Wild Oats. I plan on making this as a dip for veggies at Christmas time.
Ingredients:
2 large roasted red peppers
8 ounces plain low-fat yogurt
1/3 cup feta, crumbled
8 leaves fresh basil
1 garlic clove
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, wild oats organic
1/2 teaspoon raw sugar
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
2. Adjust seasonings to taste.
