Wild Mushroom-Hazelnut Medley

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons sherry wine
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon chinese five spice powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 1/2 lbs wild mushrooms, trimmed and thickly sliced
1/2 cup coarsely chopped hazelnuts, toasted
1/4 cup italian parsley, chopped
fresh ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
2. In large bowl, combine sherry, sesame oil, five-spice powder, and salt. Add mushrooms and mix well.
3. Place mushroom mixture in nonstick roasting pan in single layer.
4. Roast for 8 minutes. Stir in hazelnuts, roast until just tender, another 3-5 minutes Stir in parsley. Adjust salt and pepper.
5. Serve hot.
