great for the holidays or any timeof the year...a fantastic for a dinner party.....another great recipe frome the little red book ..firemans fire house cook book.... Ingredients:
1 duck |
salt |
pepper |
water |
2 onions, halved |
1 -2 cup rice |
Directions:
1. salt and pepper duck. 2. take and put in roasting pan with cover. 3. add one inch of water and onions. 4. cover and cook until tender. 5. remove duck,add rice to juice stir put duck back in over the rice and cook about 30 minutes until rice is tender. |
