A sensational drink, just to my liking!! Prepared in advance and refrigerated, it makes it an extremely quick and healthy breakfast for those on the run in the morning. Ingredients:
2 ounces wild blueberry juice |
2 ounces orange juice |
2 ounces plain yogurt or 2 ounces frozen yogurt |
2 ounces ice |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender and run until smooth. Garnish with a few blueberries. Add additional fruits and berries in season as desired. |
