This recipe comes from Bodybuilding. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping. Ingredients:
4 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (2 scoops) |
8 raspberries |
4 strawberries |
15 blueberries |
16 ounces nonfat milk |
1/2 cup ice cube |
Directions:
1. Blender together in blender. 2. Serve. |
