From Home Cooking mag July/August 2005. Ingredients:
1 lb bacon |
1 lb spaghetti |
3 garlic cloves, minced |
5 tablespoons olive oil |
salt and pepper |
grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Cook bacon until crisp. Drain well; crumble. 2. Prepare spaghetti according to package directions. 3. Process garlic cloves through a garlic press. Combine with olive oil. 4. Toss together spaghetti, bacon, garlic and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. |
