A real eye opener. 1/2 c. of espresso in a chocolate raspberry shake. Prep time does not include making the espresso. Ingredients:
1 cup vanilla yogurt |
1 cup frozen raspberries |
1 scoop vanilla protein shake mix |
1 cup crushed ice |
1/2 cup brewed espresso, chilled |
3 tablespoons chocolate syrup |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients and blend until chunks of ice and chocolate are gone. 2. The amount of espresso can be adjusted to suit your preference. |
