Wicklewood's Yoghurt and Lemon Dressing |

This light dressing is not only good for green salads but delicious on couscous or quinoa. Ingredients:
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
3 tablespoons greek yogurt |
2 tablespoons tahini paste |
1/2 juice and lemon, zest of |
1 garlic clove, crushed |
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin |
1 pinch cayenne |
salt |
fresh ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients together until smooth, season to taste. 2. Serve. |
