Missouri BBQ sloshing sauce Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups cider vinegar |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
2 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar |
4 teaspoons chili powder |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and cook for about ten minutes to dissolve spices. 2. Can be used as a marinade for beef briskets or shoulder clods or it can be used on the table as a sloshing sauce for chopped or pulled pork. |
