Simple wholewheat waffles
Ingredients:
1 cup wholewheat flour
1 cup 2% milk
3 tbsp becel
3 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients with margarine.
2. Add in egg yolk, milk, 1 tsp vanilla, salt.
3. Beat egg white to fluffy stage, and fold into mix.
4. Cook in good-quality waffler, such as Krups, until brown, or steam has mostly stopped.
