This is a great granola, filled with nuts and dried fruit. Enjoy Ingredients:
4 cups rolled oats |
1 cup walnuts |
1 cup almonds |
1 cup pecans |
1 cup sunflower seeds |
1/2 cup maple syrup |
1/2 cup olive oil (or canola) |
2 tablespoons cinnamon |
1 cup raisins |
1 cup dried cranberries |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except raisins and cranberries. 2. Place on a shallow baking pan in 350°F oven. Stir occasionally. 3. When golden brown, 20-30 minutes, remove from oven and add raisins and cranberries. 4. Let cool. |
