Taken from an article on bench top cooking - they sound healthy, don't they ?? Ingredients:
1 cup wholemeal self-rising flour |
1/4 cup unprocessed natural bran |
1/4 cup raw sugar |
1 egg |
3/4 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. 2. Process till smooth. 3. Heat frypan to moderately high. 4. Grease lightly. 5. Drop dessertspoons of batter into pan. 6. Allow room fror spreading and turning. 7. Cook till bubbles appear on top. 8. Turn and cook other side till golden brown. 9. Serve warm with butter. |
