1 1/3 c whole wheat flour |
1 c water |
2 tbsp plain yogurt (i use vanilla sometimes) |
2 eggs, separated |
4 tbsp land o lakes light spreadable with canola oil |
2 tbsp honey |
3/4 tsp salt (kosher or sea) |
2 tsp baking powder |
Directions:
1. combine flour, water and yogurt - let stand at least 7 hours 2. separate eggs, beat yolks, butter , honey and salt and add to the flour/yogurt combo 3. beat egg whitest until stiff peaks form and fold into batter 4. add baking powder quickly. |
